My favorite healthy summer drink.

Yay summer is just around the corner and what’s more fun than to refresh yourself with some sips and drinks, right?
Keeping yourself enough hydrated during summer is very very important and there are a lot of different ways to do so. It’s very tempting to go out and have some drinks with friends more often when the sun is out, but please be careful with alcohol and store bought juices. Alcohol will DE-hydrate your body and these juices are all full of sugars.
I’m used to drink around 2L of water a day but during summer I really feel that my body needs more and especially on the days when there is a workout involved. I always got my bottle of water with me but obviously when we invite some friends or family over I like to offer something more than just water or alcohol. I’m absolutely not a big fan of drinking alcohol during the day and especially not when it’s hot outside, but to be honest just water might be a little bit boring too.

I’m really in love with the aloe vera mocktail and everytime when I offer it when someone comes over, they immediately fall for it! It’s fresh, tastes sweet and it’s very easy to make and it kind of looks sexy as well.

Here’s what you need;
* Aloe vera mango
* Sparkling water
* Mint leaves
* Grenadine
* Ice cubes
* Lemon

Conclusion, there’s only a little % of sugars, great taste, really refreshing and super healthy. Besides, the aloe vera will make you feel less bloated and will clean your body at the same time. Win win situation!
